We switched over from BOLD Commerce to Clay and could not be happier. We've had no downtime after more than 6 months of using the application, so for us the app has been very reliable. It also loads fast enough and does not drag down our store performance. Clay offers responsive and very knowledgeable support. We'd hoped to see some form of automated price updates — and Clay added an API endpoint that lets us push pricing updates straight from our back-end into the app. This is such an important update for us. We NEVER write app reviews, but the INCREDIBLE support team alone for this app has earned it. The knowledge centre and videos made setup very straightforward, but we had an issue getting the wholesale pricer to embed and show discounted pricing. We used the instant-message feature and quickly got in touch with Shubham, who patiently walked us through it and got it working in just minutes! The registration form is very easy to set up but has lots of customizable aspects, and the pricing rules are wonderfully flexible. It's an awesome app for any business that wants to do both retail and wholesale on the same Shopify site — or, like us, run a standalone wholesale site. Highly recommend over all of the other B2B apps we've tried.
